Sabine French is the first Forrest yoga teacher in Norway. She trained with Ana Forrest in Berlin 2017.

With her meticulous guidance, Ana’s students cultivate an acute awareness of their own practice and life process, resulting in an exhilarating journey into self-discovery, cleansing and healing. Building the Warrior Heart – 1.5 hours (200kr) Thursday 28th June 6pm
Learn the magic of heart-opening asanas. Open your core, which gives your heart support and counsel of your other primary chakras. This helps your heart and Spirit be more resilient, flexible and adept at surfing emotional waves. Learn to remove obstructive shielding from your heart so it can truly and honestly feel each new experience afresh.
This special workshop will help you to make room for seeing and absorbing the beauty and sweetness in our world, which nourishes the heart.
Romance Your Spirit – 1.5 hours (200kr) Saturday 30th June 9.30am
Does your practice brighten or dim your Spirit? Make the choice to brighten up and fascinate in the process! Forrest Yoga teaches you to focus your intent on connecting to and Romancing your Spirit. How? By choosing, in the moment, to breathe in a way that brightens you; to do your poses in a way that invites your Spirit to permeate into all your body. This welcomes your Spirit home.
This special workshop will teach you how to focus your intent on the mat and find a deeper connection with your practice, and yourself.
