Thanks to all who made it out to our home studio in Skiftenes for our spring mini-retreat. It was lovely to see such a great mix of people coming together to immerse themselves in a few hours of inward reflection, relaxation and renewal.
We were really blessed with a beautiful day. Bird-song and a sweet breeze to accompany our yoga, pranayama and meditation followed by lunch we enjoyed together outside in the glorious sunshine.
There have been some requests for recipes for the both the Black Sesame ,carrot and avocado salad and Vietnamese sweet almond curry (both vegan dishes ) and I share those with you here. Both recipes come from " The Happy Pear", by David & Stephen Flynn. David and Stephen own a fabulous vegetarian restaurant and health food store close to where I used to live in Ireland.
I look forward to the next retreat which will take place in summer.
